Delivery Policy

Dragon Deals aims to pack orders carefully and dispatch them as quickly as reasonably possible. Delivery times can vary depending on the courier, service selected, weekends, bank holidays, weather and busy periods.

Postage and packaging

UK postage starts from £2.99 where available. Clean reused packaging may be used where suitable to reduce waste and help keep costs down. This may include reused boxes, padding or outer packaging.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Dragon Deals cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Courier delays

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is partly outside my control. If a parcel is delayed, I will help where reasonably possible with tracking information or courier enquiries.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email photos of the parcel, label and item as soon as possible. This helps with courier claims and allows the issue to be reviewed fairly.
