We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a brief explanation.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Items should be returned unused, in the same condition received, and with any included accessories or packaging where possible.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or return.
Return postage
Return postage responsibility may depend on the reason for return. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will help with the appropriate next steps. For change of mind returns, the buyer may be responsible for return postage unless otherwise agreed.
Condition of items
Many items are new, unused, or opened only for checking and photos. Packaging may show light storage wear where stated in the listing. Please check all photos and descriptions before buying.
Refund timing
Once a return has been received and checked, refunds are normally processed back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
