By placing an order with Dragon Deals, you agree to these terms. They are written to be fair to customers while protecting Dragon Deals from misuse, unclear claims and avoidable disputes.

Product information

Product descriptions are written in good faith. Photos form part of the description and show the item style, condition or included parts where applicable. Please check all photos, measurements, compatibility details and condition notes before buying.

Some items may be new, unused, customer-returned, opened for checking, box-damaged, ex-display, clearance or supplied in replacement/reused packaging. Packaging marks or storage wear do not automatically make an item faulty.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability may change. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, Dragon Deals may cancel and refund the order.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking that an item is suitable for their intended use, including size, compatibility, age suitability, installation requirements and safety requirements. Adult products are intended only for customers aged 18 or over.

Returns and delivery

Returns and delivery are handled in line with the Returns and Delivery pages. Dragon Deals may refuse returns where an item has been used, damaged, altered, is missing parts, or is a hygiene-sensitive item that has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Liability

Dragon Deals is not responsible for misuse of products, incorrect installation, incompatibility, normal wear and tear, cosmetic packaging damage, courier delays outside reasonable control, or loss caused by incorrect customer information.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.
